The 24 Day Challenge has officially started! Be proud of yourself for taking the first step and making the commitment to not only focus on being healthier and fit the next 24 days, but also for the rest of your life!
We had three people start the challenge early; so they are almost on their 10th day...which means no more icky fiber drinks and on to the MNS packet. Between the three people who started early we have already seen some weight loss ranging between 5-8 pounds! That's awesome considering it has only been almost 10 days for them.
For those of you who are just starting, the best advice I can give you is if you're doing this and you've paid for it, then DO IT ALL THE WAY! If you want to see guaranteed results you have to stick to the diet guidelines. One cheat, leads to another, and another, and before you know it, you have defeated the whole purpose of the Cleanse and the Challenge.
