Is this for You?

If you're trying to decide if this is something you need to or should do - the answer is YES!  Whether you are trying to lose a lot or a few pounds, inches, body fat or just simply feel leaner and perform better, the 24 Day Challenge is going to get you results.  If you follow the program correctly; you are guaranteed results!

The 24 Day Challenge will begin on Monday, July 12th.  The spots are limited to 10 people and the deadline to enroll is July 7th.

All 24 Day Challenge participants will receive one FREE personal training/group session a week to help you reach your fitness goals and help you tone up while you lose those pounds and inches.

You will also be assigned to an accountability coach to track your eating and progress as you complete the challenge.
